I MET JOEYThe single greatest event of my Freshman and possibly my high school career happened when a kid named Joey Lang moved in a little house across the road. Somehow and to this day I still don't know how, we met and became acquaintances. After sneaking to each others houses, sharing ideas, and talking about everyday life we soon became the best of friends. Due to lack of memory and unimportance in comparison, this is the only notable event of my freshman year. To this day I still refer to Joey as "my best friend".

FREDDUCKEYThe greatest, most enjoyable portion of my sophomore year was due in whole to my good friend Frederick Menting. Freddy was our foreign exchange student from Germany . We ran track, paint-balled, partied, and got along swimmingly together. Our personalities meshed seamlessly together. I coveted his curly blonde hair, the likes of which I lost myself on my tenth birthday. We understood each other's humor, ran the same mile time, and had great taste in women. Freddy's presence and absence were the two most significant addition to my year.

THREE'S THE CHARMJunior year was the year I really began to mature. In one year I earned my driver's license, was a part of a league-champion track team, and dated my first official girlfriend. I began to see changes in my physical appearance as well as my mentality. I realized what I was good at and what I was not. I learned much about my classmates and people in general. Junior year was the year I developed. I also realized that I was nothing less than perfect.

IT IS FINISHED!The beginning of my senior year I worked my first official job over summer earning over $3,000. This was also the first time I rode in the back of a cop car, ended my first girlfriend "relationship" and participated in numerous other activities I never thought I would do. In the fall I was the team captain of varsity cross country and lead the team to a league championship victory. I was also nominated and crowned homecoming king. During the winter I became a member of the wrestling team and was apart of another league victory. I applied for colleges and was accepted at UC, Liberty University, and I'm still waiting for a reply from Dartmouth College. I am currently begging my last final trimester of high school and I am excited for it to end; not that I want it to end but that I am exited and prepared for my future outside of Bethel-Tate. I am still amazing.

I would be able to look from the top of my balcony and look to the northeast and see magnificent mountains protruding up from a grassy plain. To the west I would see the dim glow of the city emanating in the night. I would live in a house no bigger than the one I live in know only fancier and I'd have a mulatto wife without no children.
If I could be anything I wanted, I would…be a photographer for National Geographic.
If I could do anything I wanted, whenever I wanted, I would…travel the world and live forever in my prime; forever learning about cultures and humanity.
